Permission to use

ryxqel grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use ryxqel.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of anything on the site, and it ends automatically if you breach these terms.

Accounts

You may browse and purchase without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under it. Tell us promptly at service@ryxqel.com if you suspect unauthorised access, and log out on shared devices.

We may require identity verification before acting on account requests, to protect you against takeover.

Acceptable conduct

When using the site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to act unlawfully;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the store or its network;
• scrape content or prices at a rate that degrades service for others;
• upload malicious code, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the site;
• impersonate ryxqel, our staff, or any other person or entity;
• collect personal information about other users without their consent;
• use automated means to place orders or to abuse promotional codes.

Reviews & submissions

We welcome reviews, photographs and comments. By submitting them you confirm they reflect your genuine experience, that you own what you post, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, misleading or confidential material.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and translate your submission in connection with the store and our marketing. We may decline to publish, or remove, any submission at our discretion, and we may contact you to verify authenticity.

We do not accept submissions in exchange for compensation unless a separate written agreement says so, and we never edit a review to change its meaning.

Third-party links

The site may link to external resources — carrier tracking pages, ingredient databases or editorial references. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.

Content ownership

Text, imagery, layout, product photography, packaging design and the ryxqel wordmark are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Quoting a short excerpt with attribution and a link is welcome; reproducing substantial parts of the site is not.

Reporting suspected infringement: email service@ryxqel.com with the material in question, your contact details and a statement of the rights you believe are affected.

Availability & accuracy

We aim for continuous availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service; maintenance, updates and platform incidents may temporarily affect access. Content is provided for general information and may change as formulations, regulations or prices are updated. Where a discrepancy exists between the site and your order confirmation, the confirmation governs.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end access to the site, or close an account, where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access creates security, legal or operational risk. Clauses on intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement regarding your use of the website.
