Acceptance

These terms govern every purchase made through ryxqel.com, operated by Qingyang Haiming Trading Co., Ltd.. Placing an order confirms that you have read them, accept them, and are legally able to enter into a contract. If you disagree with any part, please do not order.

We may revise these terms; the version in force at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Who may order

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from this store. You also confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

When a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a binding contract only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Before that point we may decline or cancel — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error is discovered, or fraud screening fails. If we cancel after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Price & availability

• Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store's region picker and exclude duties and local taxes unless stated at checkout.
• We work hard to avoid pricing errors. Where one occurs and the correct price is higher, we contact you before dispatch and you may confirm or cancel.
• All items are subject to availability. Small-batch production means a popular formula can sell through quickly.
• Shipping charges and any applicable thresholds are displayed before payment is confirmed.

Product information

We describe each skin care product as accurately as possible and publish full INCI lists and active concentrations. However:

• Colour and texture on screen depend on your display; packaging may vary slightly between production runs.
• Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are intended to improve the appearance and comfort of skin and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Results vary between individuals and depend on consistent use. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular outcome.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a skin condition or using prescription treatments, consult a qualified professional before introducing active ingredients.

Promotions & discounts

• Discount codes apply only to orders placed during the stated validity period and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Unless stated otherwise, one code per order, and codes cannot be combined with automatic volume discounts.
• Free gifts and bundles are available while stock lasts and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value.
• We may withdraw a promotion or correct an obvious pricing mistake without notice.

Payment terms

Payment is taken at checkout and captured when the order is prepared for dispatch. You are responsible for any duties, taxes or carrier fees assessed in the destination country. Full payment terms and security practices are set out in the Payment & Security policy.

Cancellation & refusal

You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing service@ryxqel.com with your order number; if the parcel has not yet been handed to the carrier we will cancel and refund in full. After dispatch, please follow the Return Policy instead.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where fraud is suspected, where a previous order resulted in a chargeback, where delivery is impossible, or where an account has been used to abuse promotions or resell commercially.

Intellectual property

The ryxqel name and wordmark, product photography, packaging design, layout and all written content on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute or use any material commercially without written permission.

Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
• Within that limit, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the store or our products.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs decisions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Events beyond our control

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, industrial action, government measure, carrier failure or widespread infrastructure outage. We will resume performance as soon as practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Qingyang Haiming Trading Co., Ltd. at its registered address in No. 02, to the east of Tongxing Community, Yi Feng Village, Shanhe Town, Zhengyang City, Gansu Province, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights you hold under the mandatory law of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and we encourage you to contact service@ryxqel.com first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
