Our starting point

ryxqel began with a fairly ordinary frustration: most shelves are full of products that promise transformation and deliver mostly fragrance. We wanted the opposite — fewer ingredients, stated concentrations, and claims small enough to be honest.

Every skin care product we sell is built around that idea. If a formula cannot explain itself in plain language, it does not go into the range.

What we make

The range is deliberately narrow. Rather than launching twelve variants of the same cream, we build one considered formula per job and keep improving it.

How we formulate

Four rules govern every brief we write:

1. State the number. If an active is present at a level too low to matter, it belongs on a label at all — so we publish the percentage or we leave it out.
2. Short lists. Fewer ingredients means fewer variables for reactive skin to argue with.
3. Respect the barrier. Formulas sit at skin-compatible pH and include lipids or humectants that offset the actives they carry.
4. No decorative irritants. Fragrance, essential oils and drying alcohols are excluded by default.

Testing & standards

• Dermatologist-tested. Each formula is assessed on human panels, including panels with self-declared sensitive skin.
• Vegan and cruelty-free. No animal-derived inputs, and no animal testing at any stage — including by third parties on our behalf.
• Stability-checked. Actives that oxidise quickly are packaged in opaque, air-restricted glass and batch-coded so we can trace any unit.
• Honest claims. We describe what a formula is designed to do and how long results typically take; we do not promise medical outcomes.

Production & freshness

Production runs are kept small so stock does not sit in a warehouse losing potency. Each unit carries a batch code and a period-after-opening symbol. Vitamin C and retinol products are filled under reduced-oxygen conditions and shipped in light-blocking packaging.

Our skin care product range is produced in the EU under cosmetic GMP, and every batch is released only after microbiological and stability checks pass.

Who runs the store

ryxqel.com is owned and operated by Qingyang Haiming Trading Co., Ltd., registered at No. 02, to the east of Tongxing Community, Yi Feng Village, Shanhe Town, Zhengyang City, Gansu Province. The store is managed day to day by Lu Qiong (路琼), who also reviews customer correspondence personally.

We are a small team, which is why our service hours are 10:00 – 17:00 (UTC-7) — narrow, but answered by people who actually know the formulas.
